Product Development
If your project is in the concept stage, or even ready for manufacture, B & C Plastics will deliver the right result for you and your Business. During this very important stage of your project, our Product Development Team will work in partnership with you to attain the most productive and price efficient course of action.
Design & Prototyping
During this stage we will utilise the latest Solid Works 3D software to create a three dimensional drawing of your product for your approval. When the component design has been finalised, we are now at the prototype stage. Our Design Team will suggest one of the following prototype methods:-
Now that the component has been suitably tested and meets all expectations, we are now ready for the toolmaking stage. The toolmaking department utilises CNC machines, EDM and a range of manual machines to produce High Quality Injection Mould Tools.

Injection Moulding
When the manufacture of your injection mould tool has been completed, a series of trials will proceed. After the trialling process, we will provide you with off-tool samples of your product for your approval and testing. The process is now complete and your product is now ready for manufacture.
