Components designs are tested through cost effective modelling and creation of prototypes using Stereolithography, Selective Laser Sintering, CNC Machining, RTV Machining.
Tool Design and Mould Making
Once a component has been tested and meets all expectations, toolmaking commences. Our tooling department utilises CNC machines, EDM and a range of manual machines to produce high quality Injection Mould Tools.
Testing & Production Injection Moulding
We trial your injection mould tools to provide you with off-tool samples of your plastic injection mould product for design compliance testing and final approval.
