During this stage we will utilise the latest Solid Works 3D software to create a three dimensional drawing of your product for your approval. When the component design has been finalised, we are now at the prototype stage. Our Design Team will suggest one of the following prototype methods:- 1. Stereolithography. 2. Selective Laser Sintering. 3. CNC/Machining. 4. RTV/Machining. 5. Tooling.

The toolmaking department utilises CNC machines, EDM and a range of manual machines to produce High Quality Injection Mould Tools, Jigs, Fixtures and General Engineering projects, using the latest 3D cadcam technology, incorporating product development, design and rapid prototyping.

When the manufacture of your injection mould tool has been completed, a series of trials will proceed. After the trialling process, we will provide you with off-tool samples of your product for your approval and testing. The process is now complete and your product is now ready for manufacture.
