Today, we celebrated more than just a company milestone — we celebrated the journey, the people, and the culture that make B&C what it is.

From humble beginnings — just three small machines in a Parramatta Rd, Underwood unit — to the thriving, purpose-driven team we are today in Meadowbrook, Royston took us back through the early days during a "Painted Picture" group session, reminding us how far we’ve come.

Celebration Highlights
We marked the day with Subway, cakes, chips, and the awesome crew from X-presso Coffee keeping us caffeinated.

In true B&C style, there were happy tears too! Amila Palle Gedara presented this month’s Gratitude Award to Raji in a heartfelt way, recognising her care for her work and for others.

We also celebrated our August birthdays, giving a big shout-out to Belinda and Dave. Happy Birthday!
