We’ve Made it our Business to be Experts at CNC Prototyping

Australian Manufacturing Excellence

CNC Machine Prototyping enables us to produce complete, functioning prototypes within a short lead time in-house – right here in Australia. This process also allows us to produce the finest quality, highly accurate components. The CNC machine is a high precision, computer manufacturing tool which effectively removes material from a stock work piece, transforming the material into a “part / component”. The specialised tool is driven by computer software.

CNC PROTOTYPING

If the prototype from the design needs to be highly accurate, fully-functioning, and quickly manufactured then CNC machined prototypes are the way to go!

The basis: 3D data and/or drawings of the component.

The result: Prototypes whose quality is virtually indistinguishable from that of series products, and to make sure that you accomplish your goals quickly, we take charge of the complete process chain from tool construction to the production of injection moulding parts. We are fast, flexible and reliable.

Three green question marks on a black background.
  • Here are some factors to consider whether injection moulding is suitable for you:

    Production Volume: Ideal for high-volume production (100,000 - 1,000,000), low-volume production (Minimum 1000).

Product Complexity: Capable of handling intricate designs and tight tolerances.

Material Selection: Supports a wide range of commodity and engineering materials.

Project Budget Considerations: A starting price for a small project could be $25,000

  • Great question, we are working with many customers to develop a range of products that are manufactured from 100% recycled polymers.

  • We’re already manufacturing with many food grade Polymers.
