Not Just a Bucket: Supporting Mental Health Through Local Manufacturing

There’s something special that happens when Australian businesses support each other.

Recently, a bucket designed, registered, and manufactured locally in Queensland by B&C Plastics has been picked up by Haymes Paint, an Australian-owned and Australian-made paint company, to support their work with TIACS.

These brightly coloured buckets do more than carry paint—they help carry a conversation about mental health for tradies, truckies, farmers, and blue-collar workers who often put everyone else first.

For our team, it’s a reminder of why local product development and manufacturing matter:

  • We solve real problems together.

  • We keep capability and IP in Australia.

  • Sometimes, the products we make play a small role in something much bigger than themselves.

A big thank you to Haymes Paint and TIACS for allowing a humble bucket to be part of such an important story.
