Ten X Thinking: Setting the Direction for 2026 and Beyond

Royston presenting 10x

Our CEO, Royston Kent, walked us through our Ten X Roadmap, sharing both our vision for the coming year and our longer-term outlook over the next decade. He spoke about several exciting projects launching this year, along with new machinery arriving within this financial year. A strong focus was placed on the significant changes ahead as we continue to invest in robotics and automation—key drivers that will support our growth and scalability into the future.

One of the highlights was the announcement of our partnership with Facadeclick, a sustainable, circular building system that is helping reshape the construction industry. Using plastic injection moulding, Facadeclick allows brick walls to be assembled without mortar or glue—simply clicking components into place. This approach not only reduces construction time but also lowers costs, representing a major step forward in smarter, more efficient building solutions.

The session also gave us an opportunity to recognise the people who make our culture what it is. Adrian Santos presented the Gratitude Award to Amila Palle Gedara, acknowledging his outstanding contribution as both a mentor and a source of motivation within the team. Amila has a remarkable ability to uplift and inspire others, particularly when energy is low, and this recognition was incredibly well deserved.

We wrapped up the session with some well-earned cake and great conversations, sharing our excitement for what lies ahead in 2026. These moments are more than just updates—they’re an important part of how we build connection, transparency, and shared understanding across the business.

Taking the time to communicate what’s happening behind the scenes creates clarity and helps every team member see how their work contributes to the bigger picture. It reinforces the direction we’re heading, the progress we’re making, and the role each person plays in shaping our future.

That’s ultimately why Ten X Thinking matters. When there is alignment, transparency, and a shared vision, people don’t just follow the journey—they actively help create it.
