Celebrating 20 years of B&C Plastics wasn't only about the milestone. It was about the people who made those 20 years possible.
A cultural lunch to celebrate
The team came together for a cultural lunch, with everyone bringing a dish that reflected their heritage. Seeing so many cultures sharing food, stories and laughter was a reminder that while we come from different backgrounds, we're one team with a shared purpose.
A thank you for the team
As a small thank you, every team member received a gift bag. Each item was chosen for a reason:
Chocolate to keep energy up as we keep building our future.
Jelly beans because work should always include a bit of fun.
A plant for growth: the growth of our business, and of each person in it.
A 20th anniversary mug for the memories we've made together and the ones still to come.
Each bag also came with a note: "Thank you for being part of our journey."
From two machines to three facilities
When B&C Plastics started 20 years ago, we were in a 300m² factory with a couple of injection moulding machines.
Today we operate across three facilities, with more than 2,400m² under one roof, multiple departments working together, and a team that keeps turning our vision into reality.
People build businesses
Buildings and machinery don't build businesses. People do.
To every member of the B&C team, past and present, thank you for your commitment, resilience, ideas and belief in what we're building together.
