EOFY Celebrations: Food, Fun & Reflection

To mark the End of Financial Year, the B&C Plastics team came together for a festive lunch featuring pizzas, cake, lollies, and fresh fruit. It was a great way to pause and reflect on our efforts and achievements over the past 12 months.

2024/25 Theme: We Are All in Sales

This year’s team brainstorming session was centred around our new internal theme:'
“We Are All in Sales.”

We talked about how each department — from production to administration — contributes to the overall customer experience and growth. From ensuring quality, reducing waste, updating the website, to simply sharing the great work we do, everyone plays a part in the sales journey.

It was inspiring to hear everyone’s voice — open, honest, and full of ideas.

Gratitude Award: A Well-Earned First

A highlight of the day was the Gratitude Award presentation. This time, the award went to Royston Kent, our Co-Founder — his first time ever receiving it.

Presented by Megan Hibbert, the award acknowledged Royston’s tireless work and leadership. Megan shared:

“Many of us don’t realize just how hard Royston works day in, day out. He packs up at the end of the day, but he’s still taking calls and sending emails late into the night and weekends. He’s always putting in the extra effort to get sales over the line. He leads us all, and we respect him. He’s given me the chance to grow, personally and professionally.”
